GRAPHIC DESIGNER (contract)

Job Summary

This role involves the creation of innovative graphic sketches, designs, and copy layouts tailored for various online content to fulfill specific commercial or promotional objectives. The ideal candidate will be responsible for producing visually appealing packaging, displays, print projects, websites, and logos while also developing layout specifications and animations for electronic products. A strong understanding of diverse media is essential to achieve artistic effects, alongside a keen awareness of material costs and time constraints that influence design decisions. The position requires effective project management skills to ensure adherence to budget and schedule while collaborating with a dynamic team of professionals.

Responsibilities

• Produce graphic sketches and designs for online content including packaging, displays, print projects, websites, and logos.
• Create layout specifications and animations for electronic products.
• Utilize various media to achieve artistic or decorative effects in designs.
• Archive and retrieve artwork and electronic files efficiently.
• Manage projects within budgetary constraints and timelines.
• Collaborate effectively with printers, copywriters, photographers, other designers, account executives, website designers, and marketing specialists.
• Demonstrate creativity and flexibility in design approaches.
