  • Support the development and maintenance of monorepo tooling that powers deployment, build processes, and local development for all Wayfair developers.
  • Learn and contribute to Server Driven UI patterns to support platform-based architecture patterns.
  • Engage in open source contributions that align with Wayfair’s platform needs and community-driven initiatives.

What You’ll Need:

  • Foundational experience with frontend web development (React, etc).
  • Interest in and some experience with frontend build tooling (Next.js, webpack, etc).
  • Interest in and some experience with build and deploy pipelines (e.g. Github, Buildkite, Argo, Kubernetes, Google Cloud)
  • Exposure to working at scale (lots of developers & web traffic) is a plus.
  • A growth mindset, strong collaboration skills, and the ability to contribute to complex projects.
  • Curiosity, a desire to learn and the ability to figure things out. A debugging mindset!
