Alpha Financial Software (AFS) is a privately held FinTech. Our lead product, TBA Mortgage Master, leads the market in the clearance and settlement of U.S. Agency MBS TBA and specified pool fixed income trades. AFS is launching a new offering, The MBS Ops Network, which fully automates buyer-to-dealer communication of clearance and settlement reporting.


Role Description

AFS is looking for an Executive Vice President of Sales. The EVP of Sales will be responsible for developing and executing strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives for TBA Mortgage Master and The MBS Ops Network. Day-to-day tasks include identifying new business opportunities, overseeing the sales pipeline, conducting sales presentations, negotiating contracts, managing and fostering strong relationships with clients, and contributing to product development based on market feedback.


Qualifications

  • Proven experience in FinTech sales and developing sales strategies
  • In-depth understanding of clearance and settlement of TBA/MBS and SPT fixed income trades.
  • Long list of industry contacts at dealers and asset managers for generating sales
  • Strong negotiation and contract management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to manage client relationships
  • Ability to work independently and remotely
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field
