Our company, a leader in health management and billing technology, is seeking a dynamic Administrator to join our forward-thinking Enterprise Device & Server Management Team. In this role, you’ll leverage the latest tech to support our employees, devices, software platforms, and contribute to a culture of innovation and collaboration.
Key Responsibilities
• Develop and deliver software packages and OS updates efficiently across endpoints.
• Diagnose and resolve issues on Windows 11 devices.
• Create, implement, and maintain PowerShell scripts for device management, configuration, and remediation.
• Collaborate effectively within a team environment and demonstrate self-motivation when working independently.
• Communicate technical concepts and solutions clearly across teams and stakeholders.
Required Qualifications
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft System Center Configuration Manager (SCCM) for software and update deployment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Intune for deploying software, managing device configurations, and supporting remote work initiatives.
• Ability to design and utilize custom PowerShell scripts for both server and endpoint management.
• Strong organizational skills and proven ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent troubleshooting abilities, both technical and non-technical, with a solutions-oriented mindset.
• Adaptability to shift priorities and new technologies.
Preferred Skills & Experience
• Background in Azure Automation and cloud-native automation solutions.
• Expertise in advanced PowerShell scripting.
• Advanced troubleshooting skills for Windows 11 and modern endpoint devices.
• Experience with KQL
• Degree in a relevant field, Microsoft Certification, or equivalent professional experience.
