Position Overview
The Director of Strategic Marketing is a senior leadership role responsible for driving brand strategy, market positioning, and growth initiatives across the Air Handling Group sector of Madison Air. This executive will lead the development and execution of data-driven marketing strategies that enhance customer engagement, strengthen the company’s competitive advantage, and accelerate revenue growth. Partnering closely with Sales, Engineering, and Product Management, the Director of Strategic Marketing ensures alignment between market needs and company offerings while building a strong brand presence.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership & Planning
Define and execute the long-term marketing vision and strategy aligned with company growth objectives.
Analyze industry trends, customer insights, and competitive landscapes to inform strategic direction.
Build and manage the company’s brand positioning as a market leader in energy-efficient, sustainable HVAC solutions.
Market Development & Growth
Identify new market opportunities, segments, and customer channels for growth.
Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to influence product roadmaps based on customer and market insights.
Develop go-to-market strategies for new product launches and services.
Commercial Enablement & Demand Generation
Partner with Sales leadership to create integrated campaigns that drive pipeline growth and customer acquisition.
Oversee pricing strategies, value propositions, and messaging frameworks to maximize market penetration.
Lead digital transformation initiatives in marketing, including CRM optimization, marketing automation, and digital lead generation.
Brand & Communications
Manage corporate communications, public relations, and trade show/event strategies to enhance visibility.
Ensure consistent brand messaging across all channels and customer touchpoints.
Strengthen the company’s reputation in sustainability, innovation, and customer service.
