As the Director, Product Enablement, you will lead the development and execution of product enablement strategies. You will own the product enablement and certification journey through innovative training programs, badges, and certifications. You will need to work with subject matter experts across the organization to establish a robust curriculum delivered through innovative AI, and traditional online, instructor-led, in-person methods.

To execute, this requires creating a competency framework and enablement strategy that excites our customers and partners to continuously improve their skills and knowledge. You will need to develop a forward-looking enablement strategy and operational expertise to enhance the overall customer and partner experience and drive product adoption and overall customer satisfaction.

This position requires a strong focus on measuring the effectiveness of educational programs and making data-driven adjustments to enhance their impact. This person reports directly to the Chief Customer Officer, emphasizing the importance of education in driving successful business outcomes across the ecosystem.

What would you do, if hired?

Strategic Leadership And Vision

  • Develop and refine the product enablement strategy to support all phases of the customer lifecycle, from onboarding through to advocacy.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Product, Sales, Marketing, and Technology, to integrate enablement strategies with overall business objectives
  • Create a competency framework for customers and partners to facilitate continuous improvement
  • Lead the adoption and implementation of new customer engagement technologies and methodologies, including interactive AI training processes.

Operational Execution

  • Work cross-functionally to surface and drive accountability of badge and certification programs
  • Oversee the creation and maintenance of a comprehensive suite of ecosystem resources, including on-demand training, live workshops, master classes, and related advanced certification programs.
  • Implement and manage customer engagement platforms and tools that facilitate effective communication and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Monitor, analyze, and optimize the effectiveness of enablement and compliance programs through metrics-driven outcomes and feedback.

Team Management And Development

  • Manage and build a high-performing customer enablement team, fostering an environment of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.
  • Provide mentorship and professional development opportunities to team members, ensuring alignment with industry best practices and personal career goals.

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Education, Technology, or a related field. Master’s degree or MBA preferred
  • 8+ years of experience in customer success, customer training, or enablement roles within the technology sector, preferably in iPaaS or related fields
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing successful ecosystem enablement programs
  • Experience in leading teams and managing cross-functional projects

Celigo reasonably expects to pay a base salary between $150,000 and $170,000 per year for this position. Actual starting base pay will be determined by skills, experience, geographic location, and other non-discriminatory factors permitted by law. Total compensation may also include variable incentives, benefits, or other perks as outlined in any formal employment offer made.
