Role Description

This is a role for a Director of Social Media, located in the Greater Phoenix Area. The Director of Social Media will oversee social media marketing, develop and implement content strategies, optimize social media channels, and handle public relations. Daily tasks include creating and coordinating content, monitoring social media trends, managing platforms, and engaging with the online community to enhance the company's presence and reputation.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Social Media Marketing, Social Media Optimization (SMO)
• Proficiency in Content Strategy development and implementation
• Excellent Communication and Public Relations skills
• Ability to monitor and analyze social media trends and performance
• Experience in managing social media platforms
• Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred
• Experience in the real estate or finance industry is a plus
