What You’ll Do

We are seeking a Director of Project Management to lead our Operations group’s project management function. In this senior leadership role, you will oversee a team of Program and Project Managers delivering complex, multi-discipline EPC projects. You’ll drive performance, mentor leaders, and ensure organizational standards of safety, quality, budget, and schedule are achieved.

• Lead, mentor, and develop Program and Project Managers across multiple large-scale projects.
• Define scope, deliverables, budgets, and timelines in collaboration with executives and stakeholders.
• Review and approve project and program plans, subcontractor contracts, and change orders.
• Oversee risk management, quality reviews, and cross-project reporting.
• Drive continuous improvement through process development and implementation.
• Serve as the escalation point for project challenges, ensuring alignment with business goals.
• Partner with executives, sponsors, and clients to deliver successful outcomes.
  
  

What You Bring

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field (or 20+ years equivalent experience)
• PMP certification (preferred)
• 15+ years of progressive project/program management experience in multi-discipline EPC projects within the utility or related industries
• Proven ability to lead and inspire project management teams
• Strong knowledge of transmission and substation design, CPM scheduling, utility accounting practices, contract administration, and permitting
• Exceptional organizational, analytical, and communication skills
• Proficiency with MS Office Suite and project management tools (Primavera P6/MS Project)
