POSITION SUMMARY
We are seeking a highly strategic, creative, and execution-focused Director of Marketing to lead marketing across our entire portfolio of brands. This person will be responsible for shaping our brand presence, driving growth, managing partnerships, overseeing content and social strategy, and building a cohesive marketing engine across all consumer and trade touchpoints.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Brand Strategy & Consumer Connection
Own brand voice, positioning, personality, and creative direction across all brands
Build annual and quarterly brand plans to support innovation, distribution expansion, and marketing goals
Lead go-to-market strategy for new products, flavors, seasonal drops, and brand launches
Build “fan culture” around each brand through storytelling, experiences, and community-first activation
Drive viral concepts, TikTok strategies, UGC programs, and cultural moments
Align marketing with sales, innovation, and leadership to ensure cohesive growth
2. Digital & Social Media Leadership
Oversee social strategy across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and emerging platforms
Develop content calendars, campaign roadmaps, engagement strategies, and KPIs
Manage creative output from in-house content creators, agencies, and freelancers
Evaluate performance, optimize content, and drive measurable growth and visibility
Ensure Iconic Candy maintains an always-on social presence with culturally relevant content
