Director of Customer Success & Implementations (AI / SaaS – Retail & Fashion Focus)


I’m partnered with a fast-growing AI technology company that is transforming how global retail and fashion brands operate. We’re looking for a Director of Customer Success & Implementations to lead enterprise AI deployments, strengthen executive relationships, and ensure customers realize the full impact of cutting-edge agentic AI solutions.


This is a high-visibility role combining strategic client success, project delivery, and long-term account growth—ideal for a consulting leader or SaaS strategist ready to step into a global, customer-facing role.


Key Focus Areas

1. Customer Success & Executive Engagement

  • Serve as a trusted advisor to C-suite stakeholders across Fortune 1000 fashion & retail brands.
  • Lead change management efforts to ensure adoption and measurable business outcomes.
  • Present ROI-driven insights to strengthen partnerships and grow accounts.

2. Implementation Management & Delivery

  • Oversee multiple complex, global AI implementations—ensuring on-time, on-budget success.
  • Manage project leaders and coordinate resources across global teams.
  • Drive process improvements and best practices in delivery and client onboarding.
  • Own budget management and milestone tracking for implementation portfolios.

3. Strategic Growth & Expansion

  • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within key accounts.
  • Partner with sales, marketing, and product teams on customer acquisition strategies.
  • Monitor market trends, competitive intelligence, and retail/AI developments to shape future initiatives.

What You Bring

  • 7–10 years’ experience, including 3–4 years in management consulting
  • Strong background in customer success, project delivery, and stakeholder management
  • Preferred: MBA, retail / merchandising / pricing project experience
  • Experience with B2B SaaS, AI, or enterprise software implementations
  • International exposure (Europe/Asia) and additional language skills a plus
