We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven BD Director (Sales Team Leader) to lead our West Region Sales team. This role is pivotal in driving revenue growth, optimizing sales processes, and delivering tailored solutions to meet the evolving needs of our B2B and B2C clients. The ideal candidate will possess in-depth knowledge of U.S. domestic warehousing, distribution, and cross-border freight operations, along with a proven track record in sales leadership.


Job Responsibilities:

  1. Lead and motivate a team of sales professionals, setting clear sales revenue targets and collection rate objectives, and guiding them to achieve and exceed these goals.
  2. Leverage in-depth knowledge of U.S. domestic B2B/B2C warehousing and distribution, alongside expertise in cross-border air and ocean freight processes and operating models, to effectively guide the team and provide strategic insights.
  3. Manage, coach, and mentor individual sales team members, optimizing the end-to-end sales process and continuously enhancing their professional skills and closing efficiency.
  4. Design and deliver end-to-end supply chain solutions tailored to specific customer requirements. Assist the sales team in clarifying client needs, resolving pain points, and driving successful on-site implementation of these solutions.
  5. Demonstrate proficiency across the full international supply chain lifecycle, including procurement, warehousing, transportation, customs clearance, and distribution. Possess strong cross-regional collaboration and risk-management capabilities to navigate complex global logistics.


Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5+ years of experience in sales within the logistics and supply chain industry, with at least 2 years in a managerial or leadership role.
  • Proven experience in leading and managing sales teams, with a strong ability to drive results and foster a positive team culture.
  • In-depth knowledge of U.S. domestic warehousing, distribution, and cross-border freight processes.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to design and implement effective supply chain solutions.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Fluent in both English and Chinese would be beneficial.
