SVN International, PBC, a leading global commercial real estate (CRE) franchisor, is seeking a dynamic Director of Training & Support to lead the design, execution, and continuous improvement of our advisor and office training programs. This individual will play a pivotal role in equipping our Managing Directors, advisors, and franchise offices with the tools, knowledge, and strategic support needed to grow their businesses and succeed in the evolving CRE landscape.

The ideal candidate brings deep commercial real estate experience, a passion for education and coaching, and the ability to translate business fundamentals into scalable, impactful training. This is a highly visible leadership opportunity that will influence both the immediate performance and long-term success of our nationwide network.


Key ResponsibilitiesSubject Matter Expertise

  • Serve as the internal SME on commercial real estate operations, workflows, and office performance best practices.
  • Act as a trusted advisor for Managing Directors and offices on growth, strategy, and execution.


Training Program Design & Development

  • Lead development and continuous improvement of SVN’s training platforms
  • Define learning objectives that align with corporate strategy and ensure content applicability across the franchise network.


Training Program Management & Delivery

  • Oversee the day-to-day delivery of training, ensuring consistency, engagement, and quality.
  • Act as the connective thread for all courses, opening and closing sessions, and framing key takeaways.
  • Partner with facilitators to refine and update curriculum to reflect evolving business needs.
  • Collect and apply feedback to strengthen learning outcomes.


Training Operations & Logistics

  • Own the national training calendar and coordinate logistics for virtual and in-person sessions.
  • Manage materials (slide decks, workbooks, LMS content), ensuring accuracy and accessibility.
  • Oversee course budgets, reconcile expenses, and manage facilitator/vendor payments.
  • Track attendance, assignments, completion metrics, and feedback.


Strategic Coaching & Office Support

  • Partner with Managing Directors on business planning, goal-setting, and operational improvement.
  • Provide advisory support on office performance and connect leaders with SVN’s internal resources.
  • Act as conduit between franchise offices and corporate teams (marketing, training, finance) to align support.


Required Experience and Attributes

  • Commercial Real Estate Expertise (required): Strong background in CRE operations, advisory, or brokerage management.
  • Proven ability to design and deliver impactful training programs in a business or franchise environment.
  • Experience in adult learning principles, facilitation, and curriculum design.
  • Strong project management skills with ability to manage calendars, budgets, and logistics.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to inspire and influence.
  • Track record of providing business coaching, advisory, or operational support.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and build trusted relationships with executives, Managing Directors, and advisors.
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment with national scope.


Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, education, or related field.
  • Prior experience in a franchise organization.
  • Familiarity with LMS platforms, virtual training tools, and instructional design.
