📢 Hiring: Data Analyst (Utility Invoices & Data Management)


We’re looking for a detail-oriented professional to join our team!


📍 Location: New York, NY (Open for remote, W2 candidates only)

⏳ Duration: Month-to-month assignment (up to 3 months)

🔄 Potential to convert to FTE


What you’ll do:

  • Manage data flow from buildings into online platforms
  • Organize and analyze utility and regulatory invoices
  • Ensure accurate data management and reporting


What we’re looking for:

  • 2–3 years of experience in data management/invoice analysis
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Proficiency in Excel, Airtable, Tableau
  • Must-have skills: Utility invoice handling, data organization
  • Nice to have: Tableau & understanding of building engineering data
