Education + Experience
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
1 to 3 years of experience in client servicing or relationship management
Experience in the immigration, education, or service industry is a plus
Strong command over spoken and written English
Familiarity with CRM systems and client tracking tools
