Position Overview

We are seeking a skilled Superintendent to oversee and drive construction projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will monitor and manage all work progression per construction responsibilities matrix from pre construction through project close.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage construction projects from planning to execution.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure project goals are met.
• Monitor and/or manage health, safety and OSHA requirements
• Lead safety, pre construction, foreman and team meetings. Maintain Robust meeting notes and hold team members accountable to their assigned action items.
• Conduct regular site visits to monitor construction progress and compliance with safety regulations.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders, providing updates and addressing any concerns that arise.
  
  

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Superintendent in the construction industry.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes and methodologies.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Monitor and ensure client satisfaction
• Identify and pursue opportunities to solicit referrals from and/or clients and stakeholders
