Construction Manager

Position Overview:

I am seeking an experienced Construction Manager to oversee road and asphalt paving projects, for a very large Concrete, Asphalt, and Aggregates producer within Denver. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of construction operations, ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards

Key Responsibilities:

• Project Management: - Plan, coordinate, and oversee all phases of road and asphalt paving projects from initiation to completion. - Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and resources to ensure timely and cost-effective project delivery. - Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
• Safety and Compliance: - Enforce strict adherence to safety protocols and regulations on all job sites. - Conduct regular safety meetings and inspections to promote a culture of safety. - Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal construction regulations.
• Quality Control: - Implement and maintain quality assurance and control procedures to meet project specifications and standards. - Conduct regular site inspections and audits to ensure workmanship meets company and client expectations.
• Team Leadership: - Supervise and mentor project teams, including foremen, engineers, and subcontractors. - Foster a collaborative and productive work environment. - Provide training and development opportunities for team members.
• Client and Stakeholder Communication: - Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, engineers, and other stakeholders. - Prepare and present project updates, reports, and documentation. - Address and resolve any issues or concerns promptly to maintain strong client relationships.
