You’ll be the architect and steward of Clemens’ total rewards strategy. From aligning salary structures to optimizing health benefits and wellness programs, your work will help attract top talent, retain high performers, and build a workplace where team members thrive—physically, emotionally, and financially.
What You’ll Do
Drive compensation strategy: analyze and align salary levels, manage merit increase cycles, and define job architecture.
Oversee benefits programs: lead vendor relationships, analyze trends, and champion benefit education and adoption.
Build and expand wellness initiatives: manage on-site primary care and fitness programs that support team member health.
Train and support leadership and HR partners on total rewards philosophy and practices.
Ensure compliance with federal and state compensation and benefits regulations.
Lead cross-functional initiatives to improve engagement, participation, and retention through thoughtful rewards design.
