Overview

ComplianceQuest is seeking a dynamic, growth-minded Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) to lead our global revenue organization. As CRO, you’ll be responsible for driving go-to-market strategy, building a world-class sales team, and accelerating our growth in industries like Life Sciences and Industrial Manufacturing.


What You’ll Do

  • Work directly with the CEO and other senior leaders, board and investors to align growth targets and strategic initiatives.
  • Lead Sales, Pre-Sales, Sales Ops directly and work with Marketing/Product Marketing, and Customer Success to drive new logo and new ARR growth.
  • Build scalable GTM strategies across Mid-Market, Enterprise, and Strategic segments.
  • Personally engage in strategic deals and executive customer relationships.
  • Take the leadership to drive growth with knowledge of the full revenue funnel, including post-sale engagement and retention.
  • Be a Servant leader and coach and develop a high-performing team with a player/coach mindset. Leadership style must include driving sense of urgency, adaptability, and hold yourself and your reports accountable.
  • Align revenue operations with data-driven forecasting and performance metrics.
  • Develop strategic plans for growth from customers and prospects, and play a core part in the M&A readiness


What We’re Looking For

  • 15+ years in SaaS revenue leadership, including CRO or SVP Sales roles.
  • Experience in Manufacturing, PLM, QMS, or compliance SaaS platforms.
  • Proven experience with GTM strategies across Mid-Market, Enterprise, and Strategic segments
  • Deep knowledge of regulated industries (FDA, ISO, GxP, etc.).
  • Proven ability to scale revenue 2–3x in high-growth environments.
  • Strong communicator who can engage customers at all levels.
  • Strong Experience with modern sales tech stack, such as Salesforce, Pardot, Chorus, ZoomInfo, and general and purpose-built AI-driven sales enablement tools.
  • Experience in PE-backed SaaS companies is a plus.
