Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Chief Financial Officer to lead our financial operations and strategy. The CFO will play a critical role in driving the financial success and growth of the company, ensuring efficient capital management and providing strategic guidance to support the company's mission and objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes
• Manage financial reporting, analysis, and performance metrics
• Develop and maintain relationships with Clean Tech investors
• Oversee cash flow, financing, and capital management
• Provide leadership in financial risk management and compliance
• Contribute to strategic decision-making at the executive level

Skills

• Proven experience as a CFO or in a similar financial leadership role
• Strong understanding of clean tech industry and investor relations
• Excellent financial analysis and modeling skills
• Strategic planning and decision-making abilities
• Effective communication and leadership capabilities

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
• Previous experience with clean tech investors
• Demonstrated success in financial leadership within a start-up environment
• Proven track record of driving financial performance and growth
