Chief Financial Officer

Our client is a highly successful Retail business who are looking to hire a CFO reporting into the CEO. The business has grown rapidly over recent years. They are an established brand in a growing sector of the market and are now expanding further into the next phase of their growth. The position will work closely with the CEO to drive the performance of the business. As CFO, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the finance activities (including accounting and FP&A) partnering with the CEO on strategic development and continued growth of the business. This role will be responsible for identifying and evaluating potential acquisitions, mergers, and investment opportunities. Along with collaborating with the executive team to identify and pursue strategic partnerships and joint ventures. This role will manage a sizeable team. You will play an essential part in the shaping of the finance function for the future, driving increased performance and being an integral part of the senior leadership team.

Our client is looking for a CFO who can provide financial leadership and decision making for internal and external stakeholders. Along with supporting strategic business growth as a part of the executive management team. They are primarily seeking some who is a great leader and comfortable with autonomy and breadth in their role.
