Rauch, Inc. is looking for a motivated individual to join our team of dedicated employees who work to make a change in the community.

The Career Coach works to support students with disabilities to prepare for meaningful and productive community employment and/or post-secondary education options. This position is located in the New Albany Office and will require travel in the area (Floyd and Clark Counties). Mileage reimbursement is paid for by Rauch, Inc.

Full-time position.

Plans and develops programming for the students participating in the Pre-Employment Transition Services (Pre-ETS) program and supports those students. Works closely with Vocational Rehab and advocates for the promotion of students choices in providers, coordinates job matches, and identifies support needs for students. Has proficient skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.

Qualified candidates are required to have a high school diploma/GED with one year of experience in special education, supported employment, or transition service delivery or a bachelor's degree in Human Services.

Cell phone reimbursement, Excellent Paid Time Off, and Flexible schedule.
