We are seeking a passionate and driven Marketing Intern to join our BYREDO North America marketing team. You’ll support the fast-growing brand across product launches, retail marketing, project execution and operational excellence. This is a fantastic opportunity to help deliver impactful brand experiences and strengthen consumer engagement, while gaining hands-on experience in the industry.
What you’ll get to do:
Assist in developing and executing marketing strategies by compiling sales forecasts, preparing retailer presentations, and maintaining calendars
Manage marketing invoices: process payments, onboard new vendors, and track budgets
Build 360° launch decks and recap presentations for global partner sharing
Maintain accurate pricing data for new product launches
Coordinate shipping updates with global teams and demand planning
Communicate with the sales force via monthly newsletters, product samples, POS materials, calendars, and shipping updates
Organize and maintain the marketing product closet and seasonal sample inventory
Prepare PowerPoint presentations for retailer, sales, and internal meetings; set up meeting rooms and product displays
We'd love to meet you if you have:
Strong organizational and communication skills
Proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
Interest in beauty, fashion, or luxury branding is a plus
Ability to work well in a collaborative, fast-paced environment and in-person three days a week in our New York office.
Compensation:
As required by the New York state salary transparency law, effective November 2022, the expected base salary for this position is $20.00 an hour. Various factors are considered when extending offers, such as relevant skillset, training, years of experience related to the current job description, education, and our organizational structure.
