Business Support Coordinator

We’re looking for a Business Operations Analyst to join our dynamic Pardot CFL organization. In this role, you’ll be the strategic engine behind our operations—tracking success, optimizing workflows, and enabling our teams to deliver industry-best customer service. You’ll work closely with leadership across multiple CFL teams (Partners, Implementation, Advocates, Support, Enablement, Renewals) and cross-functional departments to ensure our initiatives are data-driven and scalable.

🌟 What You’ll Do:

• Build strong relationships with CFL team leaders and cross-functional partners
• Lead operational alignment conversations across products and functions
• Develop and manage scorecard metrics for CFL leadership
• Own reporting and KPI development for Pardot CFL teams
• Analyze performance data and deliver actionable insights to leadership
• Forecast capacity and review key metrics regularly
• Model new programs and initiatives (e.g., Accelerators, Premier)
• Serve as a trusted advisor and subject-matter expert in operations
• Propose and implement tools and processes that enhance scalability
• Support execution of key programs and strategic initiatives

🧠 What You Bring:

• 1–2 years of experience in a similar role, with a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field
• Strong project management skills and a knack for problem-solving
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities
• Proven relationship-building skills with internal stakeholders
• Advanced Excel skills and analytical mindset

• Familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM tools
