Required Skills & Experience
Experience in process design, documentation, and optimization.
Strong understanding of business process usage in customer communications.
Strong Excel experience - creating spreadsheets, etc.
Ability to effectively communicate with both technical and business stakeholders.
Skilled in translating complex requirements into clear user stories, use cases, and functional specifications.
Familiarity with regulatory and compliance requirements in financial services or advisory operations.
Strong analytical and communication skills.
Experience working with cross-functional teams and managing stakeholder input.
Ability to work independently and drive initiatives forward.
