Business Development Manager – Technology Staffing & Solutions (NY Region)
***This position is remote but must be local***
A nationally recognized technology services firm with deep industry presence and a strong client portfolio is expanding its footprint in the New York region. With a 20+ year track record of delivering staffing, consulting, and talent solutions to Fortune 500 and mid-market clients across the U.S., this firm is looking to hire three experienced sales professionals to help drive growth in one of its highest-potential markets.
What You’ll Do:
- Develop and manage relationships with new and existing enterprise clients in the NY metro area
- Sell technology staffing solutions, managed services, and consulting engagements
- Collaborate with internal delivery teams to ensure top-tier service and client satisfaction
- Execute strategic business development initiatives and meet quarterly sales targets
- Attend networking events, conferences, and client meetings to expand your book of business
What You Bring:
- 2+ years of sales experience in IT staffing, consulting, or professional services
- Strong knowledge of the NY tech market and enterprise client landscape
- Proven ability to hunt, close, and grow accounts
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Self-starter mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, goal-driven environment
