Banker - Small Business

Location: Pennsylvania - Crawford, Venango, Clarion, Warren & Mercer Counties (*must be local to one)

Reports To: Head of Small Business Banking

Position Overview:

We’re hiring a Small Business Banker to support and grow a portfolio of clients with up to $12M in annual revenue and lending needs under $1M. You’ll walk into an existing book of 75–200 clients and collaborate closely with local branches to uncover new opportunities, while also self-sourcing new business through community outreach and relationship building.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and grow an existing client portfolio (target: 150 clients, $40M total relationship).
• Drive new business through branch referrals (30–40%) and self-sourced leads (60–70%).
• Deliver full-service solutions including lending, treasury management, merchant services, credit cards, and deposits.
• Partner closely with branch managers and retail teams across the assigned counties.
• Meet individual production targets and contribute to branch goals.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• 3+ years’ experience in retail or small business banking; prior branch management experience strongly preferred.
• Proven ability to generate business through cold calls, networking, and community presence.
• Highly motivated, proactive, and relationship-driven—must be a true hustler.
• Backgrounds in mortgage, underwriting, or community banking are welcomed if paired with retail experience.

Compensation:

• Base Salary: $85K–$100K (flexible based on experience)
• Incentives: Commission tied to lending, deposits, cards, treasury, and branch performance.
