As a Business Analyst with Digineer, you will work closely with the business and technology teams at the client to elicit, gather and write requirements.  This is a client-facing role that requires credibility and confidence when interacting with key project stakeholders and technology teams across the full lifecycle of the project. Sound like You?

 MUST HAVE SKILLS:

• 3 + years’ experience in projects with Agile methodologies
• Ability to successfully schedule, plan, and lead requirement gathering and review meetings with multiple stakeholders to understand their business objectives and needs
• Define and document system requirements utilizing workflows, process mapping, and other methods
• A conceptual understanding of IT systems and architecture to support discussions and communications
• Exceptional interpersonal skills, including teamwork, coordination, facilitation, and negotiation

• CBAP certified  
• Training and testing skills

At Digineer, we comply with all local and state regulations regarding salary transparency. The actual salary/wage will be based on relevant factors such as applicant skills, experience, degrees, and certifications, as well as geographic location and market considerations. This position's salary ranges from $68,000 to $142,000. In addition, the role is eligible for performance-based and quarterly/annual bonuses.
