Our client, a respected national banking consulting firm, is seeking its first dedicated sales executive. Until now, the firm's consultants have managed both client delivery and sales efforts, which has become unsustainable as the firm continues to grow. This is a unique opportunity to take ownership of the sales function and help shape its future.

About the Firm:

The company provides consulting services to small and mid-sized banks across the United States, including:

• Appraisals and regulatory advisory
• Charter consulting and FDIC-assisted acquisitions
• Mergers & acquisitions guidance
• Strategic and capital planning
• Loan review and credit services
• Policy development and risk assessments

With a strong leadership team, outstanding reputation, and high success rate in winning business, the firm offers a stable and rewarding environment for the right sales professional.

Key Qualifications:

• 2–3+ years of experience selling consulting services to banks or financial institutions
• Solid understanding of banking operations and regulatory environment
• Proven ability to engage banking executives and decision-makers
• Self-driven, entrepreneurial mindset with interest in building a sales structure

Preferred (but not required) Certifications:

CPA, CFE, CVA, Series 7, Series 63, Series 79, CISA, CFP, APR

Compensation:

• Base salary of $125,000–$140,000
• On-target earnings up to $180,000 or more
• Additional growth opportunities as the sales team expands
