We are seeking a highly qualified and experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to serve as Clinical Director at our facility in North Dallas & Richardson. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in a leadership or clinical director role, and will possess strong skills in leadership, communication, and team building. We are looking for a candidate who is entrepreneurial and has a passion for bringing new ideas to the table and shaping company growth. A love for the operational and management aspects of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) is essential for this role.

In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the clinical team, managing daily operations, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality ABA services to our clients. Responsibilities

Oversee the clinical team and daily operations of the facility

Ensure the delivery of high-quality ABA services to clients

Develop and implement policies and procedures to enhance the effectiveness of the clinical team

Manage the budget and financial performance of the facility

Communicate effectively with clients, staff, and stakeholders

Foster a positive and collaborative team culture

Qualifications

BCBA certification

2+ years of experience in a leadership or clinical director role in the field of ABA

Strong leadership, communication, and team building skills

Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for bringing new ideas to the table and shaping company growth

Strong operational and management skills in the field of ABA
