Coforge seeking a seasoned Automation Test Manager to lead and deliver complex programs across enterprise environments. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with automation testing and lead the full testing lifecycle, from planning to execution and closure.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the full testing lifecycle, from planning to execution and closure.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement test strategies.
Coordinate with offshore QA teams to ensure alignment and timely delivery.
Review and validate test cases, scripts, and automation frameworks.
Manage defect tracking and resolution processes.
Prepare and deliver presentations on test progress, metrics, and outcomes.
Ensure adherence to QA standards and best practices.
Mentor junior QA staff and promote continuous improvement.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, IT, or related field.
10+ years of experience in software testing, with 2+ years in a lead role.
Strong offshore coordination and communication skills.
Proficiency in test management tools (e.g., JIRA, TestRail, HP ALM).
Hands-on experience with automation tools (e.g., Selenium, UFT, Cypress).
Excellent presentation and reporting skills.
Experience in Agile/Scrum environments.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently.
