Viera Builders is seeking an experienced and motivated New Home Area Sales Manager to lead and inspire a team of Sales Associates and Sales Administrators in driving exceptional results. This role plays a key part in helping the company meet and exceed its sales and profit goals by managing day-to-day sales operations, ensuring consistency across communities, and supporting team success. The New Home Area Sales Manager will be responsible for implementing sales standards, monitoring performance, and fostering professional growth within the team while maintaining a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
Lead and develop a high-performing sales team of Sales Associates and Sales Administrators by training, coaching, and providing regular feedback to support growth and professional development
Establish and maintain sales presentation standards and prospect qualification procedures, ensuring consistency across communities and achievement of sales goals
Monitor sales activity by reviewing lead traffic reports, tracking performance metrics, and maintaining accurate documentation on pricing, floor plans, and specifications
Serve as a resource for the sales team by assisting with customer questions and challenges, overseeing lead follow-up, and evaluating lead source effectiveness
Conduct regular mystery shops of Sales Associates, providing feedback to strengthen performance, and ensure model homes are fully staffed and presentation-ready during business hours
Review and approve Sales Associates’ monthly marketing initiatives to ensure alignment with corporate branding and community positioning
Manage team administrative needs including approving time-off requests and addressing procedural or customer-related inquiries, as delegated by the Director of Sales
Requirements:
Active Florida Real Estate Licenses Required
Bachelor's degree preferred, with a preference for degrees in Business Management or Organizational Leadership, or related fields
5+ years experience in Real Estate Sales Management – preferably in new home sales
Ability to work weekends and holidays
Excellent communication (verbal and written)
