Position Overview: The Architectural Project Manager is responsible for coordinating and supervising a development project from inception through construction completion. This involves preparing conceptual site plans and building plans, as well as producing Construction Documents and coordinating both in-house and third-party design and engineering groups in the preparation and delivery of CDs.

Requirements

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Manage Multiple Projects
• Coordination with Development team in the Preparation of Site Plans Preparation of Drawings for various levels of Design as required
• Lead Weekly Design Calls for each project
• Collaborate with Development and Construction to coordinate project schedules deliverables
• Prepare and Communicate Project Objectives
• Utilize Company Software (Dealpath) to track processes and deliverables
• QAQC Drawing Review
• Contribute to and Maintain Design Standards
  
  

Knowledge and qualifications required to perform the essential responsibilities of the position:

• Degree in Architecture or a similar field
• 8 years min experience
• Experience in Multi-Family Residential Projects, preferably with LIHTC
• In Depth Knowledge of Fair Housing and other Accessibility Requirements
• AutoCAD, Sketchup and/or REVIT abilities
