This is an opportunity to work on a $8 billion casino project in NYC that will be over 4 million square feet!

With over 75 years of experience, this multidisciplinary architectural firm has played a pivotal role in reshaping the New York City skyline and beyond. Specializing in large-scale residential, hospitality, mixed-use, and commercial developments, they have completed more than 3,500 projects worldwide. Their portfolio includes luxury condominiums, affordable housing, senior living facilities, and public institutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Architecture
• Experience with hospitality projects is a plus
• Architect license is a plus
• Must have hands-on experience with Revit and/or AutoCAD
• Strong client communication experience
  
  

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with clients to understand their vision, needs, and budget, and translate these into compelling design concepts.
• Oversee the development of design presentations, drawings, and specifications.
• Ensure all projects comply with local building codes, zoning regulations, and sustainability standards.
• Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.
• Stay current with industry trends, materials, and technologies to incorporate into design solutions.
• Represent the firm at client meetings, industry events, and public presentations.
