Employment Type: Full-Time Employment

Work Setup: Onsite onboarding for two weeks, followed by a transition to a remote setup.

Work Schedule: Night Shift (Following U.S. Time Zone)

Location: Eastwood, Libis, Quezon City

Salary Package: 40,000 PHP to 50,000 PHP/Monthly

Position Overview

Provide professional virtual front desk and appointment support across Columbia's multi-state clinics. The Appointment Desk Specialist will manage patient communication via phone, email, text, and chat, handling scheduling, reminders, and administrative coordination—all while maintaining empathetic, efficient service.

Duties And Responsibilities

  • Respond to inbound patient inquiries across channels (phone, email, text, chat)
  • Schedule, confirm, and manage patient appointments across all clinic locations
  • Send reminders and follow-up communication for upcoming appointments
  • Provide front desk support remotely, including patient inquiries and visit preparation
  • Document all patient interactions accurately within clinic systems
  • Adhere to patient privacy and HIPAA regulations

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree of any related field
  • 3 years of U.S. healthcare front-desk or appointment coordination experience is required.
  • Proficiency with any EMR/Billing platform is required.
  • Detail-oriented with a track record of accurate, timely work
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • Comfortable managing high-volume, multi-channel patient communication
  • Familiarity with scheduling tools and healthcare workflows
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
