We are currently looking for a full-time Associate Integrated Producer.
Location: PST Zones Preferred
ABOUT THIS ROLE
As an Associate Integrated Producer, you’ll support the day-to-day production and project management needs across a variety of creative and content initiatives. You’ll assist senior producers and cross-functional teams in keeping projects organized, moving forward, and aligned with goals and deadlines.
In this role, you’ll help with communication between teams, maintain project documentation, and ensure details are captured accurately. The ideal candidate is organized, eager to learn, comfortable juggling multiple tasks, and enjoys collaborating in a fast-paced, creative environment.
Associate Integrated Producers report to an Integrated Producer or Executive Director on assigned accounts and work closely with the Studio Operations team.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Account Support
Assist with day-to-day client communication under the guidance of senior team members.
Help prepare agendas, recap notes, and documentation for client meetings to ensure alignment on goals and next steps.
Project Coordination
Support internal project schedules by helping track deadlines, milestones, and task assignments.
Monitor project progress and flag potential risks or delays to senior producers.
Help set up and coordinate internal meetings, reviews, and check-ins.
Collaborate with production, post-production, and creator marketing teams to support smooth workflow execution.
Operational Support
Maintain project organization across tools like G-Drive, Asana, and Slack.
Assist in creating delivery trackers, asset lists, and other project documentation.
Support budget and resource tracking, including freelancer coordination and vendor organization.
Help ensure clear communication across departments by keeping documentation accurate and up to date.
REQUIREMENTS
1–2 years of experience in a production, creative, or project coordination role (agency or studio experience a plus).
Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail.
Clear written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to support multiple projects and adjust to shifting priorities.
Collaborative, proactive attitude with interest in learning production and integrated workflows.
Comfortable working in a remote-first environment.
Familiarity with production, post-production, or creator workflows is helpful but not required.
Enjoys supporting creative teams and helping bring ideas to life.

The anticipated annual compensation range for this position is $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 in addition to our standard employee benefits package (medical/dental/vision/life insurance, 401k matching, Flexible PTO, and various other benefits and perks) Consistent with applicable law, compensation is determined based on a wide range of factors, including relevant experience, knowledge, skills, job duties, and geographic location.
