Minimum Qualifications
Two years' minimum experience in sales, athletic or corporate development/fund raising
Bachelor's degree required
Excellent organization and communication skills as well as comprehensive computer skills
Job Duties And Other Information
Identify, cultivate, solicit, and close annual and major gifts for the Athletic Department. Develop and implement a strategic plan to solicit funding and support for the
Demons Unlimited Foundation through major gifts, annual gifts, planned gifts, N-Club, grants, and other funding avenues as needed
To assist with all other revenue generating and external areas of the athletic department, including ticket sales, licensing royalties, merchandise, tailgating, capital projects, planned giving, marketing/promotions, athletics communications, and corporate sponsorships
To plan and execute special events on the University's campus, in the University's community and in the University's region to strengthen external relationships, increase revenue and promote the University and Athletics (such as Scholarship Auction, Legends Event, "Off-Year'' Fundraiser, Winter Fundraiser, etc.)
To maintain regular communication/correspondence with all partners, donors, and sponsors (as well as potential donors/sponsors), including the Demons Unlimited Foundation Board of Directors, to ensure satisfaction with strategic partnerships
Oversee Demons Unlimited Foundation
Work/coordinate with University Advancement and Alumni Office on donor strategies/asks and with events (Alumni regional reunions, on-campus team reunions)
Handle contractual arrangements and other duties related to broadcast operations and assist in promotion, marketing, and game management
