The Analyst I will act as an integral shared resource within the team, dedicating its expertise to various focused assignments. Its primary responsibilities will involve the ongoing maintenance and support of comprehensive pricing databases and user-friendly templates, essential for optimizing our pricing strategies and ensuring accuracy.
The Analyst I will support the meticulous maintenance of pricing information and product attributes within Ricoh’s Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system. This responsibility includes conducting thorough audits, validating data, and executing regular updates to ensure our data reflects current market conditions and internal policy changes.
Additionally, the Analyst I will develop and implement standardized processes that streamline these key activities. This includes creating a structured framework for data management that enhances efficiency and boosts collaboration across various departments.
The Analyst I will ensure that all pricing-related efforts are coordinated seamlessly. This will ultimately contribute to the company’s strategic objectives and foster a culture of cross-departmental synergy.
Job Duties And Responsibilities
Support and maintain pricing databases, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
Develop and maintain templates to support the intake and creation/updating of pricing.
Review, approve, and implement pricing and pricing attributes in Ricoh’s ERP system.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure system accuracy.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to pricing setup.
Conduct regular audits and updates to ensure data integrity and system performance.
Generate and distribute regular pricing exports to stakeholders.
Generate reports and analyze data to support business decisions.
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
Manage multiple projects simultaneously.
QUALIFICATIONS (Education, Experience, And Certifications)
Bachelor’s Degree (Finance, Computer Science, Economics or Engineering) or equivalent experience
2+ years of Finance experience with the ability to understand cost, revenue, and financial planning
2+ years in a pricing or sales support-related position
KNOWLEDGE, Skills, And Abilities
Basic understanding of pricing and system setup.
Proficiency in SQL and other database management tools.
Expert user of Excel and Access.
Comfortable working with large relational databases and data sets (structured & unstructured) in
multiple formats.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and to work effectively within and across Business units

Typically, an office environment with adequate lighting and ventilation and a standard range of temperature and noise level
Work assignments are diversified. Interpret, comprehend, and apply complex material, data, and instruction – prepare, provide, and convey diversified information.
Minimal physical effort required. Work is mostly sedentary but does require walking, standing, bending, reaching, lifting, or carrying objects that typically weigh less than 10 lbs. (e.g., papers, books, files and small parts, etc.). Moderate dexterity – regular application of basic skills (calculator, keyboard, hand tools, eye/hand coordination.
