Job Summary

The Amazon Content Operations Manager will handle the content management for Amazon.com across our portfolio (Laneige, Innisfree, Sulwhasoo, Amore Pacific Beauty, Aestura, Hanyul & Tata Harper) across all North American markets. The role encompasses regularly gathering, organizing and uploading content to their vendor portals and collaborating with various teams to maintain consistency in branding, messaging and quality standards across our digital platforms. This role plays a critical part in shaping the digital presence of our brands on Amazon, ensuring a premium customer experience and driving brand equity and sales performance. The Amazon Content Operations Manager will report directly to the Senior Director, Amazon.


Principal Accountabilities

  • Develop and execute content strategies that align with business goals, enhance brand positioning and drive engagement and conversions.
  • Plan and create systems and trackers to manage content creation and implementation for the entire catalog.
  • Implementation of content for new launches and pillars including copy, alt images, A+ content, videos, and Brand Store content needs for all brands.
  • Audit and optimize digital shelf content to meet best in class standards for all brands ensuring accuracy and excellence
  • Manage content process for Amazon owned media needs and placements, such as beauty billboards and placements for all brands and markets.
  • Organizing and maintaining a master catalog of digital content on Box.com for all brands.
  • Manage content delivery and asset distribution cadences for all brands.
  • Track status of content pieces to ensure timely delivery.
  • Collaborate with marketing and creative to ensure briefs are aligned with channel content strategy and plans, as well as 360 marketing initiatives.
  • Analyze content performance data and implement optimizations to improve visibility, customer engagement and conversion rates.
  • Stay current with Amazon algorithm changes, content guidelines, and industry trends to ensure compliance and competitiveness.


Key Experience and Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising, digital media, or a quantitative discipline.
  • Strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail and brand voice consistency
  • Proven experience (at least 3-4 years) in content management, digital marketing, or related roles, preferably within e-commerce. Beauty experience a BIG plus.
  • Familiarity with platforms like Amazon, Vendor and Seller Central
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams such as marketing, creative and account managers.
