Administrative Assistant - HR
A prestigious, global investment firm is hiring for a dynamic and proactive Administrative Assistant to support three senior-level professionals on their Human Resources team. The ideal candidate has 5+ years of Admin/EA experience and can work well in a team-driven working group, is highly motivated, and has demonstrated excellence in prior endeavors.
Salarycommensurate with experience: $110-120k base range + paid OT + discretionary bonus + great benefits package, perks, free lunch, 401k match and PTO package
Hybrid – in office 4 days/week (1 day work from home) in Midtown East, NYC
Hours: 8:30am-5:30pm
Responsibilities include:
Managing ever-changing, very busy Outlook calendars
Overseeing and planning weekly and monthly meetings
Event Planning and working on ad hoc projects
Liaising with other organizations for scheduling and projects
Answering calls and acting as a gatekeeper
Booking conference rooms for internal and external meetings; meeting and greeting guests, registering guests in the visitor system
Completing detailed corporate expenses including tracking receipts and reimbursements
5+ years of administrative assistant experience and event-planning experience is a plus
Highly organized with strong attention to detail
Multi-task and prioritize competing tasks and deadlines
Proactive and works well within a team and with other assistants
Works well with various levels of management
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Perform duties with the highest level of confidentiality and professional integrity
Strong Microsoft Office skills and Concur experience is preferred
