Job Description – Administrator

Position: Administrator

Company: SAVI EHS

Compensation: $17 – $20 per hour

Schedule: 7:00am EST - 3:30pm EST

Location: Remote (with occasional in-person meetings as needed)

Reports To: Operations Manager

Position Overview

The Administrator will provide essential support to our Human Resources and Operations teams by managing scheduling, onboarding, technology coordination, and communication with employees in the field. This is a detail-oriented role requiring strong organizational skills, the ability to work independently in a remote setting, and excellent communication with both internal staff and external partners.


Key Responsibilities

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:


Scheduling & Coordination

  • Assist with building and maintaining schedules for field staff and project needs.
  • Coordinate weekly check-ins with field employees and ensure open lines of communication.
  • Human Resources Support

    • Coordinate and track new hire documents.
    • Support the HR team with the onboarding process, ensuring all required forms and records are complete.
    • Prepare and send welcome letters for new hires.


    Technology & Equipment Management

    • Order company-issued technology through IT (laptops, cell phones, and company apparel).
    • Track and follow up on equipment distribution.


    Insurance & Compliance

    • Request and ensure timely delivery of Certificates of Insurance (COI) for all projects.


    Operations & Communication

    • Assist the Operations Manager with coordination of project-related tasks.
    • Help establish and maintain social media posts to promote company presence and engagement.
    • Provide administrative support across departments as needed.


    Qualifications

    • Previous administrative or coordinator experience preferred.
    • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication.
    • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting.
    • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and comfort with digital tools.
    • Familiarity with HR processes or onboarding is a plus.
    • Positive, proactive attitude and a willingness to support various areas of the business.


    Compensation & Benefits
