Agentic Engineer (Voice AI)

We have demonstrated rapid traction with property managers with our AI customer service agent that saves time and reduces overhead operational costs.

We're seeking a hands-on Agentic Engineer who can push the boundaries of what's possible with voice AI. You'll be working with cutting-edge LiveKit technology to create low-latency, personalized voice experiences that differentiate Super in the market. This is a high-agency role where your curiosity, experimentation, and technical innovation will directly shape our product roadmap.

What You'll Build

Our voice product is well-defined and structured—now we need someone to envision and build what comes next.

You'll Be Creating

• Ultra-low latency voice agents using LiveKit Agents, deconstructed voice pipelines, and real-time streaming
• Personalized conversational experiences that dynamically fetch contextual information about companies, contacts, and property data and solve customer problems as effectively and efficiently as possible
• Specialized agentic workflows for real estate actions like lease showings, bookings, and property management
• Real-time synchronization between voice interactions and our event-driven backend systems
• You'll work with the full voice stack: Speech-to-Text (STT), Text-to-Speech (TTS), LLM orchestration, and agentic toolkits like LangChain—all optimized for minimal latency and maximum user engagement.
  
  

The Role

You'll design and implement voice agents using LiveKit's pipeline approach, experimenting with novel agentic behaviors while maintaining production-quality performance. Your discoveries and insights will inform our product roadmap as you communicate learnings to help make strategic decisions about voice AI capabilities.

Core Technical Skills

• Python expertise for agent development and orchestration
• TypeScript proficiency for API integration and real-time data flows
• LiveKit experience with agents, deconstructed pipelines, and real-time streaming
• Voice/audio processing knowledge with STT, TTS, or conversational AI systems
• Agentic frameworks like LangChain, or similar LLM orchestration tools
  
  

Preferred Experience

• Real-time systems experience with WebRTC, streaming protocols, or event-driven architectures
• Low-latency system optimization and performance tuning
• Building conversational AI products or voice user interfaces
• Event-driven architecture and microservices
