Founding Account Executive - MarTech/AdTech AI SaaS - San Francisco (Hybrid) - $120K-$150k base salary, $240k-$300k OTE (uncapped), plus equity



Intalex is partnered with a fast-growing, funded AI startup in the MarTech/AdTech space looking for their Founding Account Executive in San Francisco (hybrid)!


This is one of our more exciting roles as:-

-Lots of inbound already!! Great Product Market Fit!

-Could grow in to a leadership position pretty quickly if that is what you are looking for

-3 very skilled investors who will coach you, alongside the Founder.



The Company & Opportunity

💼 Strong Product-Market Fit: Our client has already achieved strong product-market fit, with a proven product and over 2,000 customers. This means lots of inbound leads to work with from day one.


🚀 Rapid Growth: The company is now focused on scaling its average deal size, with plans to build out an SDR team and an enterprise product launch in early 2026.


🧠 Top-Tier Mentorship: You’ll report directly to the CEO and work with 3 highly skilled sales advisors who have scaled companies to over $150M ARR.


The Role

-This is a pivotal, full-cycle Account Executive role, responsible for combining a strong inbound lead flow with a targeted outbound strategy to win high-value enterprise accounts. The position will evolve from a full-cycle sales role to a mostly closing role as the company scales its sales team/BDR team next year who will support you


Compensation: $120K-$150k base salary, $240k-$300k OTE (uncapped), plus equity. (happy to ask for more if required)


-Could evolve in to a leadership position


Who our client is Looking For:

-A driven and competitive AE with 2+ years of (closing) experience, ideally from a fast-growing SaaS startup. Candidates with a background in competitive sports or a high-performance sales culture are a strong fit for this team. This is a perfect role for a builder who wants to help shape a company's sales future.
