Reporting to: Director, Client Services

Role overview

The Account Manager builds and maintains strong relationships with a defined set of 360 Privacy clients. Working closely with a Senior Account Manager, this role ensures clients receive responsive support, consistent value, and a high-quality experience. Account Managers are trusted partners for clients while also learning the deeper strategic and growth-focused aspects of account management. This role is an opportunity to directly impact client satisfaction while developing the skills needed to progress into more senior client-facing positions.

Key responsibilities

  • Client relationship management: Serve as the primary point of contact for an assigned group of clients, ensuring their needs are met and issues are resolved promptly.
  • Account execution: Oversee day-to-day account activities, from onboarding through ongoing engagement, ensuring seamless delivery of services.
  • Proactive communication: Maintain regular touchpoints with clients, providing updates, gathering feedback, and escalating issues when needed.
  • Client advocacy: Support Senior AMs in quarterly business reviews and client success planning, ensuring client perspectives are represented internally.
  • Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional teams to deliver solutions that align with client needs and ensure smooth service delivery.
  • Metrics and reporting: Track client health indicators, document account activities, and provide insights to the Senior AM for broader account strategy.

  • You build trust and rapport with your clients, becoming their go-to contact for 360 Privacy.
  • Clients feel well-supported and confident in the services provided.
  • You demonstrate consistent reliability and growth, positioning yourself for expanded responsibilities over time.

Your Qualifications

  • 1–2 years of experience in account management, customer success, or another client-facing role.
  • Strong relationship-building and communication skills.
  • Highly organized with attention to detail and follow-through.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across teams in a remote environment.

Bonus Qualifications

  • Interest in security, intelligence, or privacy-related fields.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools or client reporting systems.

Salary

  • $80,000-$100,000 depending on experience
  • Up to $25,000 variable comp
