Job Summary
This position is responsible for directing the operations of the School of Business.
Salary is commensurate with education and experience. To ensure consideration complete applications must be received by August 30th, 2025. Applications will be reviewed on September 1st, 2025 and will continue until the position is filled.
Minimum salary $156,660.

Responsibilities
Provides oversight, manages, and supervises school faculty, staff, programs, and events within the school - 25%
Collaborates with department chairs, program directors, faculty, and staff on matters within the school.
Provides direction on academic programs, policies, and procedures.
Provides oversight for the school's simulation center.
Recruits, supervises, and evaluates school faculty; makes recommendations to the Provost & Vice President for Academic Affairs on matters related to hiring, promotion, tenure, and terms of employment.
Promotes faculty scholarship, professional development, student success, institutional service, and community service.
Supervises, promotes and evaluates professional development for school staff.
Provides oversight, direction, and resolution for issues and appeals from faculty, staff, and students.
Conducts meetings of the school faculty and staff for the purposes of planning, data collection and reporting.
Directs operations, development, and budget management efforts - 20%
Manages and administers the school budget.
Coordinates with college Advancement staff to acquire external support for school operations, including grant funds; manages grant funds.
Leads and participates in resource planning.
Manages expenditures.
Manages and maintains balance and distribution of Foundation funds to the School.
Oversees curriculum development and accreditation processes - 20%
Oversees curriculum development, delivery of instruction, and assessment and evaluation of programs.
Manages accreditation and reaccreditation processes.
Manages program reviews, including student outcomes and continuous improvement.
Collaborates with internal and external partners - 25%
Develops and maintains positive relationships with the business community, regional agencies, community, and other educational institutions.
Collaborates with leadership, offices, and programs across campus on college-wide programs and initiatives.
Promotes the school and college to a variety of stakeholders.
Participates in fundraising activities.
Participates in student recruitment events.
Serves on a variety of college committees.
Participates in relevant USG initiatives and addresses requests for information.
Engages in scholarly activities - 5%
Fosters academic professionalism through participating in professional organizations, engaging in research, publishing scholarly works, and/or through other appropriate methods.
Teaches courses in the incumbent's academic discipline as requested or required.
Performs related duties - 5%

Doctoral degree in a course of study related to the occupational field.
