Windows System Administrator

Required Skills & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in Windows server administration.
• Strong knowledge of Active Directory and Group Policy.
• Proficiency in PowerShell scripting.
• Solid understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN).
• Comfortable working in Windows alongside Linux and macOS
• Experience with security best practices, preferably with NIST SP 800-171

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

• Microsoft Certified: Windows Server Administration Associate or equivalent certification.
• Experience with SCCM or Intune for patch management and software deployment.
• Experience building or maintaining Hyper-converged Hyper-V environments
• Experience with Mellanox/Nvidia networking

Job Description

o Design, develop, and maintain Windows (server + workstation) infrastructure

o Administer Active Directory and Group Policy

o Oversee the adoption of System Center elements o Develop and maintain PowerShell scripts for automation of routine tasks.

o Manage and Maintain Hyper V virtualization environments

o Document IT procedures and configurations.

o Collaborate with other IT teams to ensure a stable and secure IT infrastructure.
