West Coast Enterprise Account Executive - San Francisco / San Jose We are seeking a highly motivated West Coast Enterprise Account Executive to join our fast-growing startup in the Vulnerability Management market. As an Enterprise Account Executive at Nucleus, you will play a crucial role in our sales motion. Nucleus believes “work is people”, and when our people succeed, our company succeeds. We are a remote first company with the ability to work anywhere in the United States. This role must have a home location in territory – West Coast United States, San Franciso/San Jose.
What You Will Do
Exceed your numbers - Secure new logos in Large Enterprise accounts
Forecast accurately, communicate clearly, and align with the Sales team and Nucleus as a whole
Manage complete sales cycle from prospect to close won
Support Nucleus’s Channel First sales motions
What You Need to Excel in this Role
Experience in enterprise sales and a comprehensive understanding of the enterprise sales process
Proven track record of closing six-figure deals
Ability to generate your own pipeline
Account planning and execution
Ability to sell cross functionally to C-Level and across IT and business units
Consistent overachievement of quota and ARR goals
Understands the value of utilizing MEDDPICC
Proven consultative sales solution skills
Ability to maintain a high level of productivity, manage multiple competing priorities, and work effectively under the pressure of time constraints and a complex environment
5-7 Years of SaaS experience in Large Enterprise Sales
Willingness to Travel in territory as required
Capability to work both independently as well as in a team across different time zones
Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, enabling effective interaction with clients and colleagues
Maintain a sense of urgency in all tasks and responsibilities
