VP of Marketing

A leading online marketing solutions provider is seeking an experienced and hands-on VP Marketing to join their leadership team. You will play a key role in leading digital marketing strategy, media buying, planning, and performance marketing for an agency specializing in supporting home organizers and home services businesses. This will be full time and onsite in Glendale.

• Lead and manage a large team of marketing experts.
• Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies for agency clients.
• Expert-level knowledge in media buying, planning, and performance marketing required.
• Heavy lead generation experience is essential; experience with lead gen companies is a plus.
• Manage budgets up to $130 million.
• This role is ideal for someone currently at the VP level who is ready to step into a CMO position.

Requirements:

• Proven leadership experience managing large marketing teams (30+ people preferred).
• Deep expertise in digital marketing, media buying, planning, and performance marketing.
• Demonstrated success with high-volume lead generation campaigns.
• Experience managing large marketing budgets.
• Background working in or supporting home services or appointment-driven businesses is preferred.
