Location: Denver, CO (Hybrid – 4 days onsite)

Base Salary: 155,000-175,000 + 20% Bonus

Total Compensation: 185-210K

The Opportunity

We are seeking a strategic and data-driven Vice President of Marketing to lead marketing strategy, brand positioning, and sales enablement efforts. This executive will build and oversee a growing marketing team, aligning all initiatives with revenue goals and measurable ROI. Reporting directly to the CIO, this leader will be empowered to shape the marketing function, drive measurable sales growth, and strengthen alignment with both global and local sales teams.


Key Responsibilities

Strategic Leadership & Brand

  • Define and execute a compelling B2B marketing strategy that directly drives revenue and sales growth.
  • Elevate brand positioning to differentiate the company across international and domestic markets.
  • Ensure marketing outcomes are measured in trackable sales activity and ROI, not just impressions or awareness.

Sales Enablement & Alignment

  • Partner with both global and local sales teams to deliver tools, insights, and content that accelerate deals and support pipeline growth.
  • Develop sales playbooks, case studies, and enablement assets that improve engagement and win rates.
  • Balance sales team dynamics, fostering collaboration while ensuring marketing drives strategy and results.

Demand Generation & Growth Marketing

  • Lead integrated demand generation campaigns across digital, events, and targeted programs.
  • Optimize the funnel through data-driven marketing automation and nurturing strategies.
  • Establish KPIs and dashboards to track marketing contribution to revenue growth.

Team Leadership

  • Lead a marketing team of 6, with 2 additional hires (Content Manager and Events/Coordinator).
  • Revamp and elevate the team’s role within the organization, setting a higher bar for performance and strategic impact.
  • Provide mentorship, direction, and structure to a team responsible for execution across content, events, creative, and communications.

Innovation & Operations

  • Drive adoption of marketing technologies and project management platforms (e.g., Monday.com) to ensure efficiency.
  • Oversee event strategy, integrated campaigns, and content development.
  • Encourage a culture of agility, experimentation, and continuous improvement.


What We’re Looking For

  • 10+ years of B2B strategic marketing leadership experience.
  • Proven track record of developing marketing strategies that deliver measurable sales growth and ROI.
  • Strong experience aligning marketing with sales enablement and sales team success.
  • Comfortable reporting to C-level executives and partnering with senior leadership.
  • Skilled in marketing automation, CRM platforms, and data-driven decision making.
  • Team leadership experience with the ability to grow, inspire, and restructure a marketing function.
  • International B2B marketing exposure strongly preferred.
  • Project management skills and experience with modern PM tools (e.g., Monday.com).
