VP Marketing - (PE-Backed) - Serving Banks and Financial Institutions

Our client is an early stage, rapidly growing fintech company with a unique offering for banks and other lenders. The company is growing at a rapid pace and has the support of a highly successful private equity sponsor.

We're seeking an entrepreneurial marketing leader who enjoys being hands-on, working in a very lean and scrappy environment. This will be a highly impactful role, reporting directly to the CEO and working closely with the other functional leaders.

The ideal candidate will have experience driving Account-Based Marketing (ABM) efforts. The VP Marketing will be a strong communicator, comfortable contributing at the board level. You will be just as comfortable operating at a strategic level as you are in the weeds doing tactical marketing work, doing event management, etc. Prior experience working within a private equity backed business is strongly preferred.

The VP Marketing is expected to work remotely but be willing to travel regularly. Compensation will be competitive and will include an exciting equity stake in the busines.
