VP, Talent (5-6 direct reports)
We’re looking for a strategic and hands-on VP of Talent to lead all Talent Acquisition and HR Business Partners worldwide for our 1,000-person organization. This role is all about building exceptional teams, elevating our people strategy, and creating a high-performance culture across the globe.
What You’ll Do
- Own global talent strategy — from workforce planning to succession.
- Lead and coach our HRBPs to be true strategic partners to the business.
- Oversee recruiting worldwide — building diverse, high-quality pipelines.
- Partner with execs on organization design, capability building, and leadership development.
- Use data to measure impact and continuously improve how we attract and retain talent.
- 10+ years in HR, with global leadership in TA & HRBP functions.
- Experience supporting a distributed workforce of ~1,000 people.
- Proven ability to inspire, influence, and deliver results.
- A builder’s mindset with the ability to scale programs globally.
